Terms of sale

At any inaccuracies i.e. stated price, delivery time and so on we reserve the right to correct such information afterwards.

Advance payment
If a customer wished to pay for a product in advance, the money is to be transferred to our bank giro 5822-8750, and a copy of the payment information is to be sent along with the order confirmation upon placing the order on our website.

COD (cash on delivery)
When you choose COD (cash on delivery) as your delivery method, the driver is to be handed the payment. Only a bank or postal check will be accepted as payment for the goods, unless else is agreed upon ordering.

Invoice
If you choose to pay by invoice, an administrative fee of 200:- will be added to the total price. Please not that when paying by invoice, the product(s) are always owned by BadrumsCompaniet until full payment has been recieved.

Credit
The following fees are applied to credit payment:

• 3 months, no interest
  One-time organizing fee 95:- + invoice fee 29:-/month
• 6 months, no interest
  One-time organizing fee 195:- + invoice fee 29:-/month
• 12 months, no interest
  One-time organizing fee 295:- + invoice fee 29:-/month
• 24 months
  9,95% interest, one-time organizing fee 295:- + invoice fee 29:-/month
• 36 months
  9,95% interest, one-time organizing fee 295:- + invoice fee 29:-/month

When cancelling an order before it has been ordered from our supplier, no cancellation fee will be charged. If however we recieve the cancellation after placing an order with our supplier the down payment will be kept to cover expenses for ordered goods.

BadrumsCompaniet normally sell products with a  24 months spare-part-warranty which simply means that if for example a pump breaks we will compensate you with a new one free of charge.

The product warranty only covers factory faults, meaning defects originating manufacturing. Defects caused by faulty operation, accident, neglect, abnormal use, faulty installation, incorrect settings or by not following the maintenance and/or user manuals are not covered by warranty.

Reciept and/or packing slip are for simplicity valid as proof of warranty.

Exceptions
Due to natural wear the following components are not covered by warranty:

• Shower hose
• Shower handle
• Lamps/lights
• Fuses

Prolonged spa warranty
Our terms of warranty regarding spas are as follows:

• 2 years of warranty on stereo, lights, speaker and cushions
• 3 years of spare-parts-warranty for all other components (acrylic, pumps, computer boxes and so on)
• 5 years of warranty on frame and foundation
• 1 year of free service

According to §14 of the distant trading law the repentance right cannot be refered to if any of the cases stated below apply:

• The subscription or use of product has started/initiated with your consent.
• The product in any way cannot be returned because of it's characteristics.
• Original packaging or seal has been broken.
• Does not apply to contracts or deals between companies.

Please take note of the following if you plan to refer to the repentance right:

• Notify us and return the ordered item within 14 days upon recieving it.
• The item must be completely unused, unharmed and undamaged.
• Return the item in its original packing.
• The item must be complete.

In those cases where the returned order/item is not complete, we reserve the right to debit the returner the cost for missing parts. We will never pay for COD to bail out a package.
